2. You send your zipped project file at least 48 hours before your call (so we have time to check it opens OK and let you know if not)

3. You carefully follow these preparation instructions:

NOTE: If you have any tracks using Kontakt, please freeze AND flatten them (only the tracks using Kontakt - the other tracks can just be frozen. Until Ableton updates this bug, Kontakt doesn't open in shared projects.
