Obviously, to make a finished track takes much longer than 5 minutes (!), but getting the basics down quickly is:
a) fun,
b) good practice and
c) forces you to make decisions quickly – one of the hardest things about music production!
DISCLAIMER: Ok, ok…the actual production part of this video lasts for 7 minutes not 5 – I wanted to delve a little bit deeper into a couple of parts!
